The HEAL group is pleased to offer resources on neuromuscular physiology, physical activity and exercise to support your means to age well.

HEAL Developed Resources
We are pleased to offer video resources that directly support the printable exercise program. These exercises are progressive, the foundation is functional movement positions and the intent is to start easy and build progressively into heavier loads. Older adults are encouraged to consult with their physician prior to beginning an exercise program.
